- 所有經費使用和核銷須符合國大財務管理規定
- 支出須在核定預算範圍內,如需超支,須提前書面向執行委員會申請,委員會有權拒絕超額申請
- 成果報告為撥款與結案的必要條件
- 同一支出不得重複向不同機構報支或核銷若項目未能按申請計畫完成,或申請者未能遵守後續要求,本中心和蔣經國基金會有權終止撥款或要求申請者返還補助款項
- All use of funds and reimbursement claims must comply with NUS financial management regulations.
- Expenditures must remain within the approved budget. Should any excess spending be required, a written application must be submitted to the CCKF-NUS Committee in advance. The Committee reserves the right to reject any request for excess expenditure.
- Submission of a summary report is a prerequisite for fund disbursement and project closure.
- The same expense may not be claimed or reimbursed from multiple institutions. If a project is not completed in accordance with the approved proposal, or if the applicant fails to comply with subsequent requirements, the Centre and the Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation reserve all rights to terminate funding or require the applicant to return the grant funds.
根據蔣經國基金會合約條款,本中心所有資助專案須遵守以下版權規定:
- 原創性保證:所有受資助的研究成果及出版物必須為原創性學術作品,不得侵犯任何協力廠商的智慧財產權
- 非排他性授權:受資助者須將所有專案研究成果及作品的非商業性使用權無償授權給蔣經國基金會,用於非營利目的
- 格式轉換權:蔣經國基金會有權將研究成果以DVD、數位化或其他格式(包括尚未存在的格式)進行存儲、傳播和分發,並可因存儲和網路服務需要改變格式
- 致謝要求:所有基於以上資助(見第一項)產生的出版物須在顯著位置致謝蔣經國基金會的支持
- 提交義務:
o 一般出版物:須向蔣經國基金會提供2本印刷版本,須向本中心提供一份電子版本
o 出版補助資助出版物:須提供5本印刷版本並附一頁摘要,須向本中心提供一份電子版本 - 法律責任:蔣經國基金會不承擔任何版權侵權責任,受資助者須自負相關法律責任
In accordance with the contractual terms of the Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation (CCKF), all projects funded by the Centre should comply with the following copyright regulations:
- Guarantee of Originality: All funded research outcomes and publications must be original academic works and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Non-exclusive Licence: Grantees must grant CCKF a royalty-free license for the use of all research outcomes and publications produced under the project, for non-profit purposes.
- Rights to Format Conversion: CCKF reserves the right to store, disseminate, and distribute research outcomes in DVD, digital, or other formats (including formats not yet in existence), and to modify formats when required for storage and online services.
- Acknowledgement Requirement: All publications resulting from the mentioned fundings (see item 1) must prominently acknowledge the support of CCKF.
- Submission Obligations:
- General publications: 2 printed copies must be submitted to the CCKF, and 1 electronic copy must be submitted to the Centre.
- Publications supported by Publication Grant: 5 printed copies and a one-page abstract must be submitted to CCKF, and 1 electronic copy must be submitted to the Centre.
- Legal Liability: CCKF bears no responsibility for any copyright infringement. Grantees shall assume full legal responsibility for any related claims or liabilities.
