By identifying the role of family and the mental health consequences of behavioral addiction, this study will enhance the conceptual understanding of the challenges faced by adolescents, facilitating the design of preventive and intervention strategies to reduce the occurrence of behavioral addiction, as well as the allocation of societal resources to ensure healthy family functioning and healthy development of adolescents.
