Through the course, students will acquire basic linguistic and socio-cultural knowledge of the Spanish language. All participants will acquire basic grammar and vocabulary to perform authentic communicative tasks in everyday situations.<\/p>\n<p>After the course, the students will be able to comprehend short texts, as well as to express themselves in a variety of topical situations in daily life as well as during personal interactions. They will also gain an understanding of the target language society and observe how the language is used in context. They will acquire language learning and communication strategies that will support their language learning and language use.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPre-requisites\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/clslang\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/33\/2020\/09\/8a-1-207x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"309\" height=\"448\" \/><strong>NO MINIMUM STANDARD REQUIRED FOR EMBARKING ON THE COURSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Persons with no prior knowledge in Spanish Language are welcome to attend Level 1 of the course.
