The NUS Centre for Language Studies shall not be liable for any incorrect registrations made by the learner.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fm3flq\" data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"795\"><strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"526\">Responsibility for Schedule Compatibility<\/strong><br data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"529\" \/>The learner acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that the scheduled course sessions do not conflict with their personal, professional, or other commitments. The NUS Centre for Language Studies shall bear no responsibility for any such conflicts.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fs7ji\" data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"1110\"><strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"817\">Payment Terms<\/strong><br data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"820\" \/>Full payment of all applicable course fees must be received <strong>within one week<\/strong><strong> after the offer has been given<\/strong> on the Lifelong Learning Application Portal (L3AP) in order to secure a place in the course. The NUS Centre for Language Studies reserves the right to release any unconfirmed registrations without prior notice in the event that payment is not received by the stated deadline.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1o8bpjn\" data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1396\"><strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1135\">Enrolment Policy<\/strong><br data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1138\" \/>Enrolment in the course is strictly on a first come, first served basis. A place in the course shall only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The NUS Centre for Language Studies shall have sole discretion in determining enrolment priority based on payment receipt.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jily8g\" data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1606\"><strong data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1421\">No Refund Policy<\/strong><br data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1424\" \/>All fees paid are strictly non-refundable after the &#8220;No refund&#8221; date, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, absence, or inability to attend. The &#8220;No refund&#8221; date can be found on the L3AP course page once it is published.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jily8g\" data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1606\"><strong data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"253\">No Changes After Commencement<\/strong><br data-start=\"253\" data-end=\"256\" \/>No requests for course transfers will be permitted once the course has been confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms &amp; Conditions Responsibility for Course SelectionThe learner shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the course selected is suitable and correct at the point of registration.
