Overview

A message can be powerful, moving and impactful—but only if the messaging is on point, conveyed in a way that engages people but does not put them off, and the delivery precise.

That concept is easier said than done, as seen in the many public relations (PR) crises that plague companies worldwide even though their intentions were pure.

The Strategic Communication specialisation track of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Master of Communication (MOC) programme will examine the concept of communication itself, and cutting-edge methods and concepts to manage crisis communications and improve relations and reputations through digital communication channels.

This specialisation track is suitable for leaders and executives who are in corporate communications, public relations, and practitioners from all industries.
