Beta earned her doctoral degree from the National University of Singapore in 2018. Her research focuses on youth, social media, and social movements in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\r\n<p>She has researched and published on the topics of hijabers and young Muslim women\u2019s groups in Indonesia.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"michellenew\" src=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2020\/07\/michellenew.jpg\" alt=\"michellenew\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Asst. Prof. Michelle H. S. Ho<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.michellehsho.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Homepage<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>Research Associate<\/p>\r\n<p>Michelle H. S. Ho (pronouns: she, her) is Assistant Professor and Graduate Student Mentor in the department of Communications and New Media, National University of Singapore (NUS). A book based on this research has been published by Palgrave MacMillan entitled <em>Intimacy and Friendship on Facebook<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p>After completing his early career postdoctoral research fellowship for the RUPC, Alex took up a teaching and research lectureship at Monash in the Communication and Media Department in the School of Media, Film and Journalism.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"renuka\" src=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2020\/07\/renuka.jpg\" alt=\"renuka\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>A\/P Renuka Mahadevan<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/economics.uq.edu.au\/profile\/2282\/renuka-mahadevan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Website<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>Research Associate<\/p>\r\n<p>Renuka Mahadevan is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Queensland, one of Australia\u2019s top 8 universities. She is also a cultural economist with expertise in the social and economic valuation of arts festivals, events and the museum. She uses economic modelling to undertake empirical evidence based policy analysis and evaluation.<\/p>\r\n<p>Her commentary on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.channelnewsasia.com\/news\/singapore\/commentary-arts-festivals-in-singapore-a-fad-9898600\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Arts Festivals in Singapore<\/strong><\/a> was sought and published on ChannelNews Asia on 28 Jan 2018.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"rosemary\" src=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2020\/07\/rosemary.jpg\" alt=\"rosemary\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Senior Lecturer Rosemary Overell<\/p>\r\n<p>Research Associate<\/p>\r\n<p>Rosemary Overell is a Senior Lecturer in Media and Communication at The University of Otago. Her work is inter-disciplinary and explores the affective vicissitudes of contemporary cultural formations at the intersections of gender and sexuality.
