His research areas are econometrics, industrial organization, and the economics of networks.\u00a0 Li Ming hails from Shandong Province in China and holds a masters\u2019 degree from Peking University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/ecs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/04\/MM-1024x931-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Martin Mattsson\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/>Joining Li Ming as an Assistant Professor will be his classmate at Yale, <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/martinmattsson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Martin Mattsson<\/strong><\/a>. Martin&#8217;s research areas are development economics, political economy and public economics.\u00a0 Originally from Sweden, Martin read Economics and Management at Exeter College, Oxford, and also holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/ecs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/05\/default-3.jpg\" alt=\"Soorawat (Tang) Srisuma \" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/tangsrisuma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Soorawat (Tang) Srisuma <\/strong><\/a> joins us as an associate professor. Tang\u2019s research areas are theoretical and applied econometrics and empirical industrial organisation. He obtained his PhD from the London School of Economics, where he also earned his masters and bachelor degrees. Tang comes to us from the University of Surrey in the UK, where he is a reader in econometrics.
