The first year will see the award honouring the late Dr Ee Peng Liang, Singapore\u2019s Father of Charity. The award is established to encourage social innovations that can make a positive impact on communities in ASEAN.<\/p>\r\n<p>Applications are now open till 15<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>July
