I am a PhD student specializing in contact linguistics and language description.\u00a0I am currently working on Yilan Creole, a contact language spoken in Taiwan,\u00a0by conducting fieldwork with community members.<\/p>\n

I obtained my BA in General Linguistics (minor: Psychology) at the University of Hong Kong in 2016 and worked as teaching assistant in the Department of Linguistics for a few years before pursuing my MA.<\/p>\n

I completed my MA in Linguistics at Aarhus University (Denmark) in 2021 with my MA thesis describing the tense-mood-aspect system of Yilan Creole.<\/p>\n

I also went on exchange to the University of Edinburgh and Australian National University, reading linguistics and psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
