The Competition is open to all members of the NUS community. The closing date for receipt of entries is at 5pm on 30 September 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p><a href=\"\/elts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NUS English, Linguistics and Theatre Studies<\/a> is calling for the submission of original unpublished short stories by staff and students of NUS to The Goh Sin Tub Creative Writing Competition 2026 (Poetry). Winners stand to win the following.<\/p>\r\n<p>1st Prize: $10,000<br \/>2nd Prize: $6,000<br \/>3rd Prize: $4,000<\/p>\r\n<p>The biennial Goh Sin Tub Creative Writing Prize is a gift from Dr Sylvia Goh to NUS in memory and recognition of her husband Goh Sin Tub, one of Singapore&#8217;s best-known writers.
