Carl is a PhD student. Before joining NUS, he held the Bachelor’s degree majoring in journalism from Fudan University, Shanghai, China and the Master’s degree majoring in communication studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interest lies in mobile technologies and intergenerational communication in aging Japan. As for hobbies, he enjoys sports, traveling, and movies.
