PS4218HM (5 units), and CHS Students (cohort 2021 and after) should read eg. PS4218 (4 units).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fass.nus.edu.sg\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2025\/12\/AY2025-26-Timetable_Sem-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sem 2, AY2025-26 Timetable<\/a> (Subjected to Changes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Change Log<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GL4886B, PS2238 and PS4881G will not be offered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**PS Honours students who wish to read level-5000R (worth 5 Units with &#8220;R&#8221; Suffix) courses to fulfill level 4000 course requirements, please register your interest via CourseReg as with your other courses.<\/strong><strong>**<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is CourseReg?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> CourseReg is a rules-driven, priority-based course allocation system. This means that CourseReg takes into greater account the students&#8217; curricular needs and seniority on top of the students&#8217; course preferences when allocating courses.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on CourseReg, please refer to the following website:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nus.edu.sg\/coursereg\/using_coursereg_undergraduate.html\">https:\/\/nus.edu.sg\/coursereg\/using_coursereg_undergraduate.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> The following PS courses, compulsory for Political Science and Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) majors, are protected for Round 0 and 1 of CourseReg.<\/p>\n<p>Global Studies Programme Major\/ 2nd major and minor students can register for these courses from round 2 onwards.<\/p>\n<p>All other majors can register for these courses only from Round 3 onwards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PS3257<\/li>\n<li>PS2249 (CP)<\/li>\n<li>PS2244 (GPP)<\/li>\n<li>PS3249 (IR)<\/li>\n<li>PS3273 (CP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> PS level 4000 courses are protected for PS\/PPE\/GL and recognised course majors only.<\/p>\n<p>Round 1 is protected for Honours year students, ie, PS\/PPE\/GL majors who are not in Honours year can register for level 4000 courses from round 2 onwards.<\/p>\n<p>Other majors who has recognized PS level 4000 courses will be able to register for these courses during round 2 of CourseReg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Students (both PS and non-PS majors) who are unable to register for their desired PS courses may appeal for them using the appeal function in the CourseReg system.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Timetable Courses Offered in AY2025\/26 Please click on the link below for the list of Political Science and Global Studies courses offered in AY2025\/26.
