Students can declare India Studies as a minor through the Academic Plan Application\/Declaration in EduRec.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tWhat do you need?\n\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-tabs--label-0\" data-index=\"0\" role=\"tab\">\t\t\t\tCohort 2021 onwards\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-tabs--label-1\" data-index=\"1\" role=\"tab\">\t\t\t\tCohort 2019 to 2020\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-tabs--label-2\" data-index=\"2\" role=\"tab\">\t\t\t\tCohort 2016 to 2018\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\tCohort 2021 onwards\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pass at least 20 Units of SN or SN-recognised courses (See Note 1), which include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A minimum of 12 Units of SN courses<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 4 Units at level-3000<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nNote 1:<br \/>\nAll SN-coded courses will be recognised towards the Minor in India Studies\n<p>The following courses are also recognised as contributing towards the Minor in India Studies requirements:<\/p>\nHY3236\/SN3262 \u2013 The Struggle for India, 1920-64<br \/>\nPH3204\/SN3272 \u2013 Issues in Indian Philosophy<br \/>\nHY2258 \u2013 Passage to India: Contemporary Modern Indian Society\nLAH1201 \u2013 Hindi 1<br \/>\nLAH2201 \u2013 Hindi 2<br \/>\nLAL1201 \u2013 Tamil 1<br \/>\nLAL2201 \u2013 Tamil 2\nNote 2:<br \/>\nLanguage courses are optional.\n\t\t\t\tCohort 2019 to 2020\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pass at least 20 Units of SN or SN-recognised courses (See Note 1), which include:<\/p>\n1.
