Thesis / research topic: Care for people with Parkinson’s Disease, disability, embodiment, phenomenology

I was born and raised in Hunan, China. Before entering academia, I was a filmmaker and had experience working on an HBO project, Julia Season 2 – you can find my name in the end credits. Anthropology and tennis are the two anchors of my life at the moment, giving me a sense of safety and meaning.
