Divija is currently pursuing a PhD in Anthropology at the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, National University of Singapore. She is curious about cities in her research and life, and approaches questions of the urban through creative and collaborative methods. In her doctoral work, she centres the everyday sound of vehicular honking in Indian cities to explore the politics of urban transportation and infrastructure, in relation to its urban inhabitants.
