Research:
I am broadly interested in how technological and workplace transformations, along with the discourse surrounding the future of work, impact workers and their organizations, particularly in the areas of skills, expertise, professionalism, and corporate culture. My master’s thesis examines how prospective and current workers in Singapore's food manufacturing and technology industry are upskilling and reskilling to stay relevant and "future-ready" as the sector increasingly invests in the development of novel foods, including cell-cultured meat and seafood.
