Sociology Cohort 2021 onwards:\u00a0\n\t<\/h4>\n\tPass at least 20 units of SC courses**, which include the following:<br \/>\nSC1101E Making Sense of Society<br \/>\na minimum of 4 units at Level-3000 or higher (excluding GEMs &amp; SS courses offered by the Department)\n<p>** These does not includes SC-recognised courses<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\tMinor &#8211; Sociology Cohort 2019 to 2020:\u00a0\n\t<\/h4>\n\tPass at least 20 units of SC or SC-recognised courses, which include the following:<br \/>\nSC1101E Making Sense of Society<br \/>\na minimum of 4 units at Level-3000 or higher (excluding GEMs &amp; SS courses offered by the Department)<br \/>\nNote 1: A maximum of 8 units from the minor can be used to satisfy the requirements a major or another minor.<br \/>\nNote 2: Students should refer to the department website for prevailing course pre-requisites \/ preclusions.\n<h4>\n\t\tMinor &#8211; Sociology Cohort 2007 to 2018:\n\t<\/h4>\n\tPass at least 24 units of SC or SC-recognised courses, which include the following:<br \/>\nSC1101E Making Sense of Society<br \/>\na minimum of 8 units at Level-3000 or higher (excluding GEMs &amp;
