My research investigates cross-border labour, social dynamics, and urbanism within the Malaysia-Singapore borderland, with a focus on the lived experiences and urban-social impacts of cross-border workers in the region.<\/p>\n<p>I hold an M.Sc. in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a B.A. in Sociology from National Taiwan University. My prior research was supported by the 2021\/22 LSE Southeast Asia Centre Dissertation Fieldwork Grant.
