On Friday, 21 November 2025, our Department marked a meaningful milestone as students, alumni, faculty members, and staff came together to celebrate its 60th Anniversary. Six decades of hard work and dedication!<\/p>\nA heartfelt thank you to Minister Indranee Rajah for gracing the occasion with her presence, her support, and for enjoying the company of our Pioneer batch, the Class of ’69.
\nWe also extend our appreciation to Professor Lionel Wee, Dean of the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), for attending and being part of our event.\nIt was a beautiful Gala Dinner where everyone shared smiles, memories, and the reminder that each year we grow stronger because of the people who keep our Department connected and moving ahead together.
