Singapore\u2019s Connections with Asia and the World addresses Singapore\u2019s diverse connectivities within the region and around the world. Without the luxury of geographic resources and physical land mass, Singapore\u2019s social, economic and cultural diversity has nevertheless enabled the city-state multiple access across the globe. This workshop will critically and creatively explore the myriad ways Singapore has transformed itself from a nation state with no hinterland into a \u2018network state\u2019 plugged into the relentless flows of people, information, technology and investments, as well as the ramifications of such intense connectivities.<\/p>\n
