A White Paper published in 2014 by CARE, an affiliate organization of the Department of Communications and New Media, raises awareness towards the issues and problems faced by FDWs in asserting their rights.<\/p>\n

Titled \u2018\u201cRespect our Rights\u201d \u2013 Voices of Foreign Domestic Workers Negotiating Structures\u2019, the White Paper is the culmination of a two-year long ethnography conducted in collaboration with the Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics (HOME) and the FDWs sheltered by HOME.
