Administered by Trybe, a social service agency, GRYT targets youths aged 13 to 21 years old who are about to be discharged from Children&#8217;s Homes (CHs). The RE-AIM (Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, Maintenance) framework is adopted for this programme evaluation. Perspectives from key stakeholders, such as youth participants, their caregivers, programme staff, and CH staff, will be gathered through online surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and observations of community network sessions.
