First, the article by Goh Wai Fu on the coaching and training of ex-offenders in a job-support scheme will provide insights into the potential and challenges of such a coaching and training programme. In addition, it will provide an idea of how the QIT (Quality Implementation Tool) was adapted and used in the study design and evaluation.<\/p>\r\n<p>The second article by Lim Wei Loong clearly explains a form of research methodology that many are familiar with. Mixed method research is now widely used but perhaps the nuances among the different approaches in mixed methods had not been fully understood.
