This issue promises a timely and insightful read.<\/p>\n<p>The first article is an exploration into the definitions and measurement of poverty. It highlights the different forms of poverty and what this would mean in the Singaporean context. The second article examines the notion of poor work and the dire consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on workers.
