As Singapore\u2019s first centre dedicated to social intervention research, SSR has spent the past decade championing bold social innovations \u2013 bringing together researchers, policymakers and practitioners to build inclusive and resilient communities through evidence-based research and cross-sector collaboration.<\/p>\n
Since 2015, SSR has carried out 26 research projects exploring salient issues affecting low-income families, youth and low-wage workers that has sparked important conversations on topics such as youth mental health and in-work poverty. The Centre has also built a strong reputation as a leader in practice-oriented research consultancy \u2013 strengthening the research capabilities of nearly 1,000 social service practitioners and 9 social service agencies.<\/p>\n
SSR bridges research, policy and practice \u2013 shaping solutions for sustained well-being in future-ready communities. Here\u2019s to the next decade of impact through research, innovation and collaboration!<\/p>\n
