LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR ARABIC LANGUAGE

Upon successful completion of Arabic 3 you will be able to read, write and comprehend texts of moderate complexity and to express yourself in a variety of contexts appropriate for daily experiences. A certificate of proficiency is awarded to participants who successfully complete Arabic 3.

5. Arabic alphabet, definite article, sun and moon letters, where do you live?
6. Arabic alphabet, Hamza, where do you study
7. Nisba/relative noun/ nationalities
8. Separate and possessive pronouns
9. Prepositions and demonstratives
10. Professions

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Read and write Arabic Scripts very well.
2. Maintain simple everyday conversations, such as greetings, introductions, asking about objects, countries, nationalities, jobs, numbers, and describing people.
3. Get acquainted with the Arab World and its culture.
