Ms. Ito has been teaching Japanese in language institutes, including Taiwan YMCA, Japan-Singapore Institute of Software
Technology since 1986.She served as the Course Coordinator at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) from 2001 to 2010.
She is currently teaching at Nanyang-Waseda double MBA course at NTU, National University of Singapore (NUS) and External
Program at NUS. She coordinates and teaches the in-house course at Japanese firms as well. She is also the Secretary-General
of Japanese Language Teachers’ Association in Singapore (JALTAS).
