Ms.Novi Liu Qiao Shan has been teaching Indonesian since 2002 in Singapore right after she received her M.A. in
English Studies from the National University of Singapore. She has since taught various students ranging from university
students, SAF officers and professionals in different fields. Teaching is her passion and with her knowledge, patience,
understanding and cheerful disposition, she has since received numerous positive feedbacks from her students from
each of her classes who have enjoyed her interactive and lively lessons.
She understands that learning a language also means embracing its culture and understanding its people. With this
reason, besides teaching the language and making sure the students learn to speak, listen, write, and read, she also
imparts her knowledge of Indonesian culture and way of life in the class.
