- Responsibility for Course Selection
The learner shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the course selected is suitable and correct at the point of registration. The course provider shall not be liable for any incorrect registrations made by the learner.
- Responsibility for Schedule Compatibility
The learner acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that the scheduled course sessions do not conflict with their personal, professional, or other commitments. The course provider shall bear no responsibility for any such conflicts.
- Payment Terms
Full payment of all applicable course fees must be received within one week after the offer has been accepted on the Lifelong Learning Application Portal (L3AP) in order to secure a place in the course. The course provider reserves the right to release any unconfirmed registrations without prior notice in the event that payment is not received by the stated deadline.
- Enrolment Policy
Enrolment in the course is strictly on a first come, first served basis. A place in the course shall only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The course provider shall have sole discretion in determining enrolment priority based on payment receipt.
- No Refund Policy
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable once the course has been confirmed, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, absence, or inability to attend.
- No Changes After Commencement
No requests for course transfers will be permitted once the course has been confirmed.
