Sean Francis HAN

 

Sean Francis Han is a critical theorist and arts educator working and researching in the areas of Critical Theory, Literature, Continental Thought, French Philosophy, and Deleuze Studies. Academically, Sean specialises in the work of Gilles Deleuze and the areas of metaphysics and aesthetics, with a particular emphasis on the intersections between the two discourses. Currently, his research has been directed toward the theme of transgression as it occurs and is utilised in philosophical and literary texts. Socio-politically, he aims to import the insights of academia to a wider, more diverse audience, and to utilise them in activism and artistic practice. He has worked on projects with New Naratif, the Substation, Yale-NUS, the University at Buffalo, and the Singapore Art Museum, which include podcasts and reading groups.
