The Centre was delighted to help host Professor Andy Pike during August 2016. In addition to delivering a GPN@NUS seminar on funding, financing and governing urban infrastructure and participating in Centre meetings, Andy held further discussions with a wide range of colleagues. Discussion topics included links between GPN@NUS and the well established Centre for Urban and Regional Development Studies (CURDS) at Newcastle University, and the potential for developing evolutionary perspectives on global production networks.
