Judy is a bilingual media and communications professional with three decades of experience spanning broadcasting, content development, translation and interpretation. She was formerly a Commissioning Editor at national broadcaster, Mediacorp, where she oversaw programming across news & current affairs, factual entertainment, children & info-educational content. Her media career has spanned on-screen as current affairs presenter to behind-the-scenes in content development and programme commissioning.

Judy remains active in the media and language industries as a part-time broadcaster with SPH Media Chinese radio station, while running her own translation and language services company and regularly interpreting at events and high-level meetings.

She serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Programme Advisory Committee for English Programmes (PACE) with Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), a statutory board under the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI).
