14th SINGAPORE ECONOMIC POLICY FORUM 2021.

The forum is jointly organized by the NUS Department of Economics and the Economic Society of Singapore. It was held on Friday, 29 October 2021 at the Hilton Hotel, Singapore. The theme of the year’s forum is Sustainability in the Time of Uncertainty.

MTI Economist Service - NUS Economics
Research Pitching Session, 21 January 2019

SCAPE hosted a “pitching” session with the Economist Service of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) to promote research collaboration between economists in academia and the public sector. Six research proposals relevant to public policy in Singapore were presented. There were three presentations from NUS, two from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and one from the Land Transport Authority. The issues covered include foreign workers, public transport, vocational training, carbon pricing, and the digital economy.
