ME Scholarships

The department will offer up to nine ME Scholarships to students who demonstrate academic excellence, high intellectual capacity, sound character and strong leadership potential and who do not have sufficient financial resources to complete the ME program. The ME scholarships will be awarded as follows: three to Singapore citizens or permanent residents, three to applicants from ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore) and three to other applicants. Each scholarship includes a full tuition fee waiver and a stipend of $6,000 per semester for two semesters.

No separate application is required. All the applicants who wish to be considered for the ME Scholarships may merge the supporting documents (if any) into one single PDF file with the filename of “your_full_name-your_application_number-ME Scholarship” (e.g. Emma Lim-2020123456-ME Scholarship), and upload it to the Graduate Admission System (GDA2)  under document type of “Others”. Please note that only candidates who are successfully admitted to this programme and accept our offers will be considered for the ME Scholarships.
