SSR explored the photovoice process in our interactive seminar with speakers Ms Ng Bee Leng and Ms Woo Peiyi from AMKFSC who presented their findings on discovering assets in a local neighbourhood. This research project by AMKFSC Community Services and the IPS' Ngee Ann Kongsi Community Fellowship sought to understand valued spaces, connections, and place-based assets within the Teck Ghee neighbourhood, and the speakers discussed how AMKFSC community workers promoted mutual aid and collaboration among residents. The Q&A session was moderated by Dr Justin Lee from IPS, and our audience participated actively in sharing photos they took in their own neighbourhoods.
