It is with great pleasure that we welcome Dr Meixi to the Social Service Research Centre (SSR) as a Research Fellow. Meixi's work explores the intersections of culture, learning, health, and the ethical nature of human development across the lifespan. She specializes in community-based participatory design research that strengthens the collective health and intergenerational resilience of families, and the lands and waters they call home. Grounded in land-based stories, her scholarship bridges studies of place and the politics of learning, schooling inequities, climate education, and trans-Indigenous solidarities to imagine and design more thriving social and ecological futures.
