Screen, Holistic Assessment, Reach and Engagement (SHARE) Programme

Overview

The Screen, Holistic Assessment, Reach and Engagement (SHARE) Programme is a project for family caregivers, spearheaded by the Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). This feasibility study aims to explore the experiences of family caregivers and other key stakeholders with the SHARE programme, examine the barriers and facilitators of the implementation process, gain insights into the perceived demand and the preliminary outcomes of the programme. Findings could potentially help to optimise the design of the SHARE programme when it is being implemented and evaluated on a larger scale.
