Admission Criteria 入学标准

The minimum requirements for enrolling into the Specialist Certificates are as follows:

1. At least a B4 for GCE ‘O’ level Chinese or Higher Chinese or a pass in GCE ‘A’ level H1 Chinese or H2 Chinese. Equivalent qualifications may be accepted.
2. Pre-university qualifications, Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate Diploma, or equivalent local/foreign qualification.
3. Candidates with other qualifications and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the Department.

专业文凭课程入学最低要求如下：

1. 新加坡剑桥普通教育证书 ‘O’ 水准会考普通华文或高级华文获B4级或以上；或者 ‘A’ 水准H1或H2华文课程考试及格。同等文凭也可被考虑接受。
2. 高中文凭、理工学院专业文凭、学士文凭、学士后文凭，或者同等的本地／海外文凭。
3. 中文系也将根据个别情况考虑接受具备其他学术资格和工作经验的申请者。

Requirements for Award of Certificate 毕业要求

1. Learners of each certificate course are required to read a total of four modules. 1 module will be pre-allocated per semester.
2. Learners must pass all four modules (total of 16 MCs) with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.00.
3. A learner who fails a module may be permitted to retake the same module the next time it is offered. The learner will have to pay full fee without subsidy to retake the module.

 

1. 报读专业文凭课程的学员必须修读4个单元。学员每个学期将被分配修读1个单元。
2. 学员修读的4个单元必须及格（共16学分），成绩平均积分点（Grade Point Average, GPA）不低于2.00。
3. 任何单元若不及格，学员可在该单元下次开班的学期中重修，但是必须支付重修单元的全额学费，不能享有津贴。

Tuition Fees 学费

1. The tuition fee of each module for AY2021/2022 intake is S$4,494 (inclusive of GST).
2. SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) grants are available for Singapore Citizens and Singapore permanent residents. Small-medium Enterprises (SMEs) are also eligible for Enhanced Training Support (ETS). For more information, please refer here.
3. SSG funding status and semester of offer may be subject to changes.
4. Upon completion of the certificate course, learners will be eligible for subsidy refunds. Refer to fee information here.

 

1. 2021/2022学年每个单元学费为4,494新币（含消费税）。
2. 新加坡公民和永久居民可享有精深技能发展局（SkillsFuture Singapore, SSG）所提供的补贴。中小型企业也可申请 “培训援助计划津贴”（Enhanced Training Support, ETS）。欲知详情，请点击此处。
