Chirayu Thakkar is a doctoral candidate jointly with the National University of Singapore and King’s College, London. Earlier he read graduate degrees in Modern South Asian Studies from the University of Oxford and in Political Science from the Central European University. Most recently, he was a Visiting Fellow with the Stimson Center, Washington DC.
