Chan Xin Ying

Chan Xin Ying is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science, FASS NUS. Prior to this, she was a Programme Manager of the Penang Women’s Development Corporation’s Family and Children’ Affairs Department and Head of the Policy and Advocacy Department. She also worked as a Senior Programme Assistant in the Health Unit at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Malaysia. Xin Ying obtained her bachelor's degree in international Affairs Management in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and master's degree in Asian Studies in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
