Yuan Minjun

Brief Introduction
Minjun Yuan is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at National University of Singapore. She holds an M.Phil. in Comparative Politics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong, and receives 2023-2024 Don Lavoie Fellowship of Mercatus Center at George Mason University. With a keen interest in the political economy of technology and innovation in East Asia, her current research focuses on compare and contrast how intricate dynamics such as property rights protections, formal and informal institutions, and political trust shape regional innovation systems across different regimes. Her academic pursuits and commitment to societal well-being underscore her passion for interdisciplinary thinking and bridging the gap between technology, innovation, and the betterment of humanity.
