Brief Introduction
Xiaowen Zhang is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at the National University of Singapore. She holds a Master’s degrees in International Relations from Renmin University of China, an advanced Master in European Integration from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium, and a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature from Shandong University. Her current research focuses on European security and foreign policy, transatlantic relations, and international relations in the Asia-Pacific.
