I am interested in the psychology of motivation and self-regulation, particularly how individuals' meaning-making processes and beliefs shape their goal pursuit behaviors. My research focus examines how beliefs about intelligence (growth versus fixed mindsets) influence decision-making in goal-directed contexts. I also investigate whether situational cues, such as goal usefulness and importance, moderate the relationships.
