My research interests lie in understanding how individual differences affect motivation and goal pursuits. I am currently working within the realm of education, hoping to be able to narrow down the ins and outs of motivation and goal pursuits amongst students. My end goal would be to design an effective intervention to help students set better goals and stay better motivated in pursuing them.
