Kelly Chan is a Clinical Psychologist with a specialisation in trauma and attachment. Passionate about early intervention, Kelly enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds in Singapore and London. She worked in a specialist service for children under 5 in foster care in London, and was part of the REACH Community Mental Health Team in Singapore which works closely with schools to provide assessments and support for students with mental health difficulties. More recently, she focuses on adults with emotional difficulties that stem from childhood and intergenerational traumas. She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals on these topics, including studies on corporal punishment in Singapore in collaboration with the Singapore Children’s Society.
Kelly currently works at Holmusk, a global leader in real-world evidence, in building the world’s largest real-world data platform for behavioural health. She provides clinical expertise in data analytics and the development of machine learning models, such as natural language processing, to extract valuable clinical data from electronic health records. She strongly believes in the use of real world evidence to better inform psychiatric treatment efficacy and identify unmet clinical needs.
