My research interests lie at the intersection of clinical psychology, social media, cognitive and affective processes. I am particularly interested in how people attend to and interpret social and emotional information in naturalistic digital environments. This interest led me to develop a novel Instagram-like paradigm to examine social comparisons and cognitive biases in online contexts. I am also interested in understanding psychopathology, including risk factors and preventive interventions that may help mitigate these risks.
