Timothy Singham

Dr Timothy Singham is a registered Clinical Psychologist both in UK and Singapore. He has clinical experience in the NHS and as a Clinical Psychologist practicing in the social service sector. He has keen clinical and academic interests in areas such as preventative mental health, emerging adulthood, personality disorders, ADHD, dementia prevention, and the psychology of chronic illness.

With a passion for contributing to the local evidence base, Timothy aspires to be a scientist-practitioner, having published several academic publications in journals such as JAMA Psychiatry, Journal of Affective Disorders, and Ageing Research Reviews. He is also currently working on and supervising several research projects from the Youth Epidemiology and Resilience (YEAR) study.

Timothy also has keen interests in contributing to policy work, and is currently involved in the work of the interagency taskforce on Mental Health and Well-being, focussing on the nationwide implementation of the tiered care model and health-social integration of mental health services.
