Adrian Toh

Adjunct Senior Lecturer

Adrian is a clinical psychologist who is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). He has more than a decade of experience working in the field of mental health, caring for individuals with health and mental health struggles. Some of these struggles include weight, chronic pain and diseases, sleep, mood, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders as well as the day-to-day stressors. Apart from teaching, Adrian spends his time working in private practice and research work, volunteering, and caring for family and himself.
