Mabel is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in both Hong Kong and Singapore. She was the Head of Psychology Service and Clinical Education Lead (Clinical Psychology) at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Mabel has developed extensive expertise in the field of mental health, addressing a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological conditions experienced by individuals at various stages of life ranging from childhood to old age. She holds a particular interest in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, stress management and relaxation therapy, psychosis, weight management, and the cultivation of mental wellness and resilience.
