About the SEI

How did the SEI come about?

The former residents of Normanton Park share NUS FASS' vision of bettering our society and generously set up the SEI (previously known as the Social Incubator Programme (SIP))  with the proceeds from the en bloc sale of the Normanton Park estate. This creates an exciting platform for students to innovate and develop social solutions that drive positive impacts on society.

  • Registration of interest (Sep 2024)
  • Networking session (8 Oct 2024)
  • Submission of teams and indication of Pitch Competition proposal topic (Oct 2024)
  • Submission of proposal (Dec 2024)
  • Shortlist of Teams (Jan 2025)
  • Pitch Competition (Feb 2025)

This programme is open to ALL current NUS students. You just need to have at least 1 FASS student in the main committee of your team. No prior experience in pitch competition is required.
